The staff were lovely and very helpful . The hotel rooms were immaculate and had a very large comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely and offered good vegan options.

I booked a room and the early check-in was not smooth (which was a little frustrating). Inactive key cards led to multiple trips before settling in.

The room was GREAT. I was in a beautiful king room. The room include a comfortable bed and a nice view. the gym provide enough equipment for a good workout. It has several weights and cardio machines.

The hotel location is a bit far from the main attractions. I find the traffic noise is heavy, especially during peak hours. Earplugs might be needed if you is a light sleeper. the price IS a little expensive, considering the location.

The security guard was very helpful and polite upon my arrival. the check-in process was efficient, taking only about five minutes. the staff at the lobby offered excellent service and detailed information. They even offered to escort me to my room.

House keeping wasn't thorough. I found loads of hair on the floor.
